IN CONVERSATION WITH TRACEY SPICER
In Conversation with Tracey Spicer
Tracey Spicer refuses to take discrimination lying down. A respected TV presenter and reporter, Women in Media national convenor and self-described ‘Bogan from Brisbane’, Tracey is a straight-talker when it comes to revealing the discrimination she has encountered throughout her career.
Her recently-released book The Good Girl Stripped Bare was written not to name and shame, but to shed light on sexism within the media industry and in other workplaces where men are men and women are often seen as decorative sidekicks and co-anchors.
Women in Media WA was thrilled to have Tracey Spicer as our guest-speaker at the ABC’s East Perth studios on Wednesday 14 June.
