Delegate Accommodation Rates
We are pleased to present discounted room rates for interstate delegates travelling to the conference this year or guests who may wish to stay overnight in the city centre.

Conditions:
Rates offered are valid until 30 days prior to arrival, no rooms being held, rather subject to availability at time of booking. Maximum 40 rooms secured at this rate per night. Cancellation, 7 days prior otherwise 100% cancellation.
How to Book:
Guests contact the hotel reservations team directly via phone (+61 2 9228 9104 – during business hours) or email (h3665@sofitel.com) and quote a conference rate code WIMNC0824 to receive discounted rates. Credit card details must be provided to secure reservation.
Additional Details:
Please note that Check In is after 3pm and Check Out is before 11am. Guests are welcome to leave luggage with Concierge until check in time or until the conclusion of their conference.
Breakfast is served daily in the Garden Court on level 5 from 6:30am to 10:30am (Mon – Fri) and from 7:00am to 11:00am (Sat – Sun)

Parking during the event
Here are the instructions for parking arrangements:

Guests can drive up to Wilson Carpark and inform the parking attendant that they are either attending the event or staying overnight at the hotel.

The parking attendant will prioritize event guests over public parking, eliminating the need for pre-booking parking.

Upon departure, guests should proceed to the Wilson Parking Office situated within the carpark.

At the office, they need to validate their parking ticket before leaving the car park. This step is crucial for them to access and pay for the discounted parking rate.
