The Empowering Women in Media Leadership Program is a transformative, evidence-based leadership experience for emerging leaders across Australia’s media sector. Delivered by Women in Media in partnership with Nudge Leadership, this six-month program equips women with the tools, mindset, and peer network to rise into influential leadership roles.

 

More than just a course, it’s a catalyst for long-term growth — powered by insight, coaching, and connection. Participants join a national cohort of women across journalism, broadcasting, production, communications, and digital media, forming a trusted professional network that extends far beyond the program.

The Empowering Women in Media Leadership Program is a 6-month,

cohort-based experience designed for impact. It runs twice in 2026:
