Sarah Thornton is Head of Unscripted at Paramount ANZ, overseeing shows for Network 10 and Paramount+ including The Dog House Australia, Taskmaster Australia, MasterChef Australia, and Aussie Shore. She joined Paramount in 2019 after 15 years in the UK developing hit formats like First Dates, Bake Off, and Kitchen Nightmares. Her work has earned BAFTA nominations and won Royal Television Society and Rose D’Or awards.
